That's how you know it is a good story. I want to know what relationship Diesl had with his previous master/special person? I want to know why Ein killed that person? Was it to get Diesl or did their laffair start after the murder? Was Ein sent to kill that person by someone else? Was Ein meant to kill them both and that's why they are running? Was Ein the target and he simply survived the hit? If so, how did he survive? Since he survived why does Diesl proclaim himself Ein's protector? Why is Bexan's mother always depicted in shadow, what's she hiding? Why is she raising a werewolf in a land that doesn't have werewolves? Is she a werewolf? WHAT IS SHE HIDING? Why are Bexan's eyes blue and Diesl's golden? Would they be friends if they met in wolven society? Would friendship between them be allowed? Who was the wolf with golden eye's and the curly hair?
I have more but I am going stop now lest I seem crazy. It may be too late.

It would have been more interesting of Mimi was in drag totally fish but a top. Interesting and funny. Having a person who wanted to be a woman topping and then this internal dialogue about her voice coming out during sex...Huh?
The reason why no older/wiser character takes Mimi aside and imparts some much needed information is that the author has no information to give. This story is not some half-hearted indictment of the Transgender community largely because the author knows nothing about the Transgender community. it is bad writing.

I found the premise of the first story interesting. I thought the ending was weak. I liked the idea that the teacher was responding to the real Shina rather than being attracted to a child. Wish they had explored Shina's desire to protect his love as a cure for his ailment more.
Hated the incest story. Hate when they sneak one in on me like that. I was not expecting it to be there. Seriously I would rather have skipped this magna altogether rather than have the brother on brother nonsense pop up.

The problem has always been that they knew it wouldn't work. Now, Asami has fallen in love with that "little photographer" and they have to finally get over each other. And maybe Fei Long is a little pissed that Asami moved on first.
I can see your point abt. they both knew it was not going to work. But I kind of feel Feilong long ago moved on from any lingering feelings for Asami as lover. I say this bec. of his present and longstanding friendship he now shares with Takaba. The prickly nature Feilong appears to take maybe how Asami and he interact . One alpha to another alpha. Fei would have had moved on otherwise, it would he hard for he and Takaba to maintain ties and therefor again trust too.

I get your idea abt them having ongoing issues surrounding the fact that they are both alphas. But they are very different types of alphas. For Asami business and personal power are a thing and for Fei Long business and personal power are a given. It is his personal appeal that matters. Fei Long is not merely obeyed, he is followed, he is worshipped and it still stings that Asami could walk away. Not that Fei Long wanted/expected him to stay but still the very idea that the power to reject him exists... is problematic. The lingering annoyance over this in no way diminishes Fei Long's attachment to Takaba.
