This is one of the very few manhwas that portrays human emotions realistically. You can't have every romance manhwa be wishy-washy about every aspect of life; it's a utopian mindset to have.
Yes, the FL lashed out at the ML, for which she apologized on the same evening after she calmed down, showing that she is emotionally mature enough to recognize her shortcomings. This was also a major development for him, as it helped him realize the importance of being more selfish about his own needs. This realization was necessary for both of them to grow emotionally.
