isn't the creator busy with other projects? she probably doesn't have much time to work on Black Butler while having deadlines.
it is rather disappointing though, since we have to wait a month or so just for another short chapter that doesn't really say anything. I hope the ciel and sebastian arc will be rewarding. who knows, maybe she's writing ahead and working on those, and then putting her time in these chapters (just my wishful thinking)
