Are all Chinese comics exactly alike. The drawing style, the story telling, the concepts? Is there only one artist? One author? Their premises are wonderful, world building is the same, monotonous concept. This could be any other Chinese novel, there is no difference. (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
Ikr!! I have read so many Chinese manhuas that have the same art style, fast pacing, plots, etc. I had thought they were unique when I first started reading, until I kept getting the same cliche tropes over and over again. At least this one doesn’t have cultivation or reincarnation in it.

The premise is there for a great story, but it’s like a teenager, who loves yaoi, wrote it. Cliches abound, nice art but I wanna say immature storytelling. The female lead is more gross than charming, the male lead is more wimpy than lovable, and everyone else is thrown in randomly. Not to move the story along but to fill the page quota. I would recommend on the drawing alone, cause I like bara types. ┗( T﹏T )┛

THIS IS SO TRUE HAHAHHAHA. The art style was certainly pleasing and unique, but I just can't seem to fathom what the story is about and where the development is going. I needed to re-read it many times to "understand" what's happening, but I'm still stuck in whirlwind of confusion
This story is another version of Journey to the West, so if you don't know the other one you're going to get confused about everything hehe
