I actually found this Really annoying because the Seme is so sex obsessed and low-key abusive while the Uke is a huge pushover. The seme makes constant comments that lower the Uke self-esteem and is always forcing his way. 1/5 did not feel real love.

Agreed, while the Uke should have communicated more, the seme really just forced him to do everything, he should have understood that the uke was uncomfortable being harrassed at work by his reactions, that he was a bit uncomfortable having sex so much after claiming he was too tired to try and pretended to sleep (and then was subsequently forced anyway), and the seme was just really rude when there was the mention of using the sex toys (especially after the uke said he mught try it bc it would make the sex feel better, again: remember that the uke was uncomfortable with sex bc the seme was pretty much forcing him and he was scared it was going to hurt again), and the uke just turned away. ://

This won’t end the way it started becuase the seme has shown his hand. The Uke is now smarter (which can be seen when he Called the seme out for breaking the glass). The Uke won’t let the Seme get away with anything anymore, and the seme has already demonstrated that the Uke hurting doesn’t satisfy him. So, don’t worry, it’ll get better.

I liked it until that side part where the seme wouldn’t let the Uke top. I mean, why not? There’s nothing demeaning about being bottom, and even if you aren’t Interested there are better ways to go about explaining that than manipulation. Otherwise it was good.

Yeah, I agree. In Therapy Game things seem a bit more "natural" (Minato seems to genuinly enjoy being bottom and Shizuma is a total power top), whereas in her first series Sensei used a few more typical Yaoi clichés, which is sad since I think she made really good characters who are not your average stereotypes otherwise.

Well let me tell you something this is actually natural too. Cause if you think of it the difference between this uke & Minato is that Minato was already gay & had more experience with men before he started his romance Shizuma, but this Shouhei it was his first man & as a sister of a gay guy i can tell you that this happen to him, even though almost all his life he dated girls, he never had sexual relations with them & when he finally had his first boyfriend & he was the bottom, he was curios about top even though for society he looks totally like a stereotype bottom but it's not like he doesn't enjoy or something... And belive me even though i love yaoi, sometimes it's a little bit too much wierd when my brother tell me his experiences cause it's not like i want to imagine him at all lol ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ノ~

Oh, I'm totally on the same page with you! What i meant was actually Itsukis character in that context - he's has a really interesting personality overall, but in that regard he is a stereotype Seme, who doesn't want to be topped, period.
On the other hand, i think she portrayed Shouhei beautifully as both an adult but also somewhat inexperienced and especially naive lover. My critique was meant for Itsuki, sorry, might have worded it wrongly ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

ahhh....but that too is a real thing. There are many gay men I have met who simply refuses to bottom or refuses to top. It's nothing to do with ego, it's more like the type of pleasure you choose to have in bed, or the type of dynamics you prefer in bed. Long term partners have this kind of issue as well.
The Uke has become a better person, it’s time for the seme to also, stop being a manipulative bastard with a superiority complex ;)))
He was born like that. He has no emotions at all. He's all fake. When Azusa punched him something inside of him broke and Azusa is the only person who gives him emotions.
I see your point, but I feel that the author has hinted that there might be more to him. How much of his falseness is real, and how much of it is an act, him simply not knowing how to feel and not trying to learn?
I can't wait to give you guys chapter 25 it's so good (▰˘◡˘▰)
