Brett was forced to give head, but that's basically it. There's flashbacks of what happens later and he reminisces about how he doesn't actually like it when he's really forced but only because it's with Hayden.
However, the second season ended poorly because the "gift" of revenge that Brett gave Hayden wasn't what he wanted at all and like when he tried to give his brother a hunted bird as a child and ended up traumatizing him.
