I have not found a Manga, Manwha, Manhua, webtoon... you name it.

I first hated the Art style, but now "i love it".
To be honest, i don't think this story with another Art style would be better.
The Art is Cute and at the same this very Realistic.
This Story is to Underrated and this is coming from a former HATER of this Story.
TBH, I can't really say anything to counter your first statement. I was averse to this at first (The thumbnail before wasn't really appealing. Plus it showed such "family" vibes. What with the kid in the middle. I thought this wasn't a yaoi but a Slice-of-Life brothers story LOL)

In any case, I ran out of really good BL read and found this blatantly in the middle of the featured and well, why not?
When I opened chapter one I immediately fell in love with the strokes. The colors and the edges; The art itself is so lovely. It is a style on its own. The art fits the story well. And that itself is an advantage. To be able to make a story that fits the art, few people might not realize this but, an artists just doesn't have to express their own art, they also have to consider the story that would fit the art.
This is another prime example of a 'don't judge the book by its cover' case.
But weeeeell, to each on its own right? We all have our tastes.
