Hi everyone, I have a question.
I recently bought some BL manga from my bookstore here in the U.S.
I was wondering, why are all the BL mangas more expensive, than other manga?
Most books tend to be $10 but BL is priced for $13. Does anyone have any insight on this? I love the supporting the authors, but for how small the books are, it's not a great deal.
think it's because it's such a niche interest. they're not expecting to sell as many copies of a manga as a regular American novel, so they hike up the price to compensate
