from what i saw and read, and from other users it seems taisei drank some kind of "mermaid" thingy from the phial. i think(?) that it's for omegas and any time he uses his pheremones he turns into bubbles which was the last panel in ch15. seems taisei and jasper's mom made a deal or something? not sure
