Ok so I went and read the whole thing again to get continuity... Here's an explaination (it'll be longish)-

Someya(seme) and Uno(uke) [Im going to use S and U] met for the first time a year ago when S was a high-school student and U was a part-time teacher at a cram school. S is a smart kid and one day asks U for a sleepover cause he doesn't want to go home (Which is understandable cause S mom named him after her dog). At first S promises not to do anything to U but he falls in love with U. They have sex but S asks U to wear a blindfold cause his dad has beaten him up. When U goes to work the guy there tells him to maintain distance with S. U sees the mother and he finds her nice. So he questions S about everything... mom...dad... and whether he's lying about it. They break up.
Moving on to one year after that. U meets S again at the same cram school where S has joined as a sensei. He asks U out again but this time he says they should be together till they find partners for themselves. U questions S experienced sex and S says he wants to pleasure him because he actually wants to date him. U sees S outside a hotel with a woman and realizes thats how he got the experience. There's a confrontation and S flat-out refuses that he went anywhere with a woman. Next he comes up saying that they met yesterday when they didn't causing the U to think that the guy has memory loss issues cause he cant remember why their breakup as well... he just thinks that U "faded away". So U starts being super kind thinking that this is an illness and wants to meet the mom (with whom S claims to be staying with). They go to meet the mom but she doesn't come and the house is a mess. She left one day to go to the store and never came back so he takes S to live with him. It seems that S only remembers happy memories and has forgotten the bad ones. Initially, U thinks he can live with the lies but he can't take it and tells S that his parents aren't there. Thats when S explains that he remembers everything. His parents got divorced. He slept with women for money. He just went on coping with it cause of U. He didn't want U to know his circumstances... cause he didn't want his help but wanted his love. He then leaves cause he's guilty of betraying him (by sleeping around).
Thankfully, just as S is leaving with his stuff, U finds him and apologises for doubting S at first when he had parent problems... U confesses that he liked S so he slept with him and he was precious and that he will learn to love him. They agree to move ahead a face problems together. Which is what both of them were running away from to live an "imitation happy life".
