But, but ... what exactly started with Woojung and Jinwoo?? They were never romantically involved. Woojung never showed any interest in Jinwoo, he fell in love with that girl the moment he saw her. Just because a character shows up before other doesn't mean he is the MC of the BL .... one of the most popular and awarded Yaoi stories in here is about an unrequited love of 20 years where we only get to know the other MC of the love story way later in the chapters and that's when the true love story of the main kicks out.
The author is telling a story called 'Tied up in Twins' because it follows mostly Junwoo's path ( the story starts with Junwoo's narration and POV) between an unrequited love for a brother and then falling in love for the other. Junwoo was completely unaware of Sarang's existence at the beginning so it makes sense that the story starts with the people that he knows and how they relate to them. I find weird that people act as if they were somewhat 'tricked' by the author when it doesn't take much imagination to figure out what was the deal as soon as Junwoo and Sarang slept together for the first time. The author kept pointing out to Woojung being straight and head over heels the girl then a gay twin brother shows up and after getting drunk he and Junwoo sleep together? hmmm... Then they start spending time together, the gay twin bf is a jerk and a former enemy of Junwoo. I mean, come on, the plot was shaping for the BL to be about Junwoo x Sarang very early on so It's weird to see readers accuse the author of 'building up' something she never did. They expectations did it because they see childhood friends and they go with the usual yaoi childhood-friends-to-lovers plot.
I don't judge you for liking Woojung. Everybody has different tastes and opinions. I for instance finding him anything but interesting --- allow me to express my opinion without judging me too. I think he is the boring one since I don't see him doing anything else bu whine and complain how much his gay brother ruined his family --- when in fact the family was ruined by his father and his homophobia and inability to accept their son and brother. Maybe I just dislike grown up dudes who act childish and are weak ( weak here in the sense that he is emotionally immature compared to his brother who handles his wounds without the self pity and bitterness ) but Woojung sounds annoying to me as much a the girl. I am sure though that the author plans his path from homophobia to acceptance and maturity and hopefully give him a better love interest and I have no problem with that.
Eungi is sexy but he sounds a sadistic person judging by the way he treated Junwoo in the past and the way he manipulates the people who love him ( Sarang before and the other guy). I think that overall, none of the characters in this story are leveled and escape cliches or are particularly 'interesting' but the one who could have a chance is ironically Eungi because twisted evil characters are usually more entertaining.

Yep I agree, it's odd that people are even wasting their time "pairing' Junwoo and the straight brother, like why? He's not going to turn gay, then again this manga is full of cliches so maybe. As for Rogi & Akitora's unrequited love affair which lasted at least 24 years, and the manga's where it does show the M.C couple split up and move on like http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/sabita_yoru_demo_koi_wa_sasayaku/, they are a bit more believable than the trope of having to have the "original couple" end up together just because it's the simplest/easiest option.
