It shows lot of sides in friendship and loving your best friend thing I know it took long way for them to get together but isn't it like that in real life as well? Considering fact seme is straight+ playboy and uke is serious type he wants to maintain friendship yet he keep getting heart thought that it's no one's fault this manga is very smooth and such a smooth that i felt I m living these characters life how humans actually feel. I love this Mangaka for same reason she always give full details on her characters that become hard to hate manga. But owner story is bittersweet he also needs someone devoted.

Nao and Ai raised Hiro so well T^T
He copies what they do to him. They are so encouraging and loving to Hiro, in exchange Hiro grows to be a loving child that also encouraging them. Nao is more sensitive to his surrounding, so Hiro is too. Ai is more confident with himself, which also mirrored by Hiro
I love the three of them so much, i hope the story never ends T^T

together they have raised such an intelligent, kind and confident son and I find it so heartwarming. they're patient, they're creative in the ways they help him, and they love him more than anything.
i don't think I really want children with the rate things are going, but if I did they're the kind of people I'd look up to

I love how it’s so simple and fast paced. As if to show only the worth and memorable parts of their life. If i ever had to write a biography of myself it would probably be like this.
In bits and pieces, never a full story bc it’s still ongoing but still full of myself and important parts of my life.
I love that the vibe of the story wasn’t bleak but wasn’t fluffy either. Its like a warm soft pastel toned grey and cream colors. Very realistic and lovely story.

i wish for all future kids to have nurturing and loving parents like them :( as someone who has emotionally unavailable parents, this is very refreshing and even though it’s fictional, im glad hiro has them as parents

The extra chapter was really funny too lol, this guy knows exactly what to do to get a reaction out of Hatano.

Also MC is a little too good at his role in Hatano's story lol, those panels of him thinking about it then offering him the cake (even though I'm sure he figured he was doing something else) got me unable to blame Hatano for liking him so much

I think the hatano route is locked in because why does he look so pretty in the mc’d pov like if you compare the most recent bonus with the cherry blossom chapters, there is a distinct difference between how he looks.

I have the feeling this is going to backfire on him lmao
After all even if he lied he expressed some sort of insecurity about not being the right person for Hatano since he's just a mob character. If Hatano gets wind of it because the new guy is too cocky or someone listened in, he's gonna be in a pickle

It was a lot and I'm so happy I got to read and watch them as their relationship grew and developed

I dont have much words left to say atp i felt so satisfied reading this, it felt so real, oftentimes frustrating, but most of the time heartwarming
It really portrayed what a queer relationship can look like especially at that age, and the various obstacles and fights that come with the relationship.

The writing is superb, each volume I feel thankful, every chapter is just something new altogether and it was so fun watching their story unfold.

I hope to see a volume 4 coming
Hopefully with them meeting muguruma's family
And of course
MARRIAGE
I want to see them get married so bad
Muguruma and Monji truly left a mark on me
Just two middle aged men madly in love with each other, they are family indeed

i’m only gonna say this one thing. if y’all have an issue with alpha x alpha because of y’all have a lack of understanding of how that would work or if it’s even good i recommend the following:

Define the relationship

it’s a solid 10/10 story, art, drama, and all of the above.

I know everyone in the comment section is shipping Ryuji and Yatora but i honestly prefer their friendship over any romantic relationship. Believe me, if there was chemistry there or any inkling of ryuji liking Yatora as more as than a friend i would ship it 100% .... but its obvious that this is an unlikely friendship that started on a whim that has involved into them sharing and empathizing their worries together. That type of relationship is so valuable and i think its awesome how this manga shows so many forms of platonic relationships one can have with people in different walks of life.
Also the representation of a bi- transgender character in this is awesome !
