I think they explained it pretty well the latest chapter. Basically theyve unconsciously (prolly intentional bcuz of evil aono) been performing a ritual that gave aono kun a physical form. Its only possible because the mc is sharing her heart with him.
To add on, like the Great grandmother said, everything that happened from chapter 1 onwards may have been a destined fate. What are the odds that Aono and MC were able to fulfill all the requirements for the ritual at the same time one of the strongest members of the Watase lineage was alive. It’s interesting how the Great GMA is mentioning fate after MC and the supernatural expert girl came to the same conclusion.

okay so basically the famous photographer is the dead brother of the white haired guy (ml) and he was obsessed with fl since he loved pretty things, cuz he thought of himself as ugly. he was married to the ceo lady and she basically makes the fl famous just to reveal that the photographer was actually trash bcs of what he did (he was lowk creepy). Anyways but he died cuz of a disease (the white hair) that now the ml has. and so this whole thing comes to light and the fl feels betrayed thinking ml was just using her to get revenge on the brother for sis in law, but he actually loved her, however, he has the same disease his brother has and is dying. The clear up that misunderstanding and they film the movie black star tgthr (the one that made her want to be an actress) (also the ml is the son of the main actress in the og black star movie) and then they are happy until ofc he dies.
