The plot isnt at all, its about an MMA fighter and and his physician entering a 'contract' where they have intercourse in exchange for money in order to help the MMA fighter with a jinx he suffers from. It terms of characters, they are similar. ML is an abusive asshole pos and MC is a crybaby type, unanable to defend himself basically hes the weak bottom from every BL youve seen. Also heteronormative designs like BJ alex, the only difference i think is that the sexual abuse seems more realistic and less romanticised than before? The artstyle also improved heavily.
