this manhwa honestly went beyond my expectations. it’s not like your typical “bullyxmodel student” trope. the author, in a way, reformed the trope by fleshing out the main characters. showing that there was more to them, than being a proclaimed “bully” and “model student.” and throughout the story, with the characters struggles, it develops the character’s relationship amazingly. minority is definitely a story that beautifully tells the story of personal family struggles, teenagehood, exploring sexuality, growing up, and the reality of life for many queer ppl. I appreciate the author for intricately establishing all these themes while building the characters relationship.
