Just search the manga name on Goodreads . And they will show you many sites where to buy..
You will probably have to use yen or whatever currency the site is based in. If you want it translated into a specific language, then you should check to see if it's avaliable in that language. Also ebooks are quicker to be able to read since they don't have to deliver it to your house.
