Dude everything is progressing so much faster than the novel. I really enjoyed the novels pace because it actually had Lian's progress of setting up the world for the monster downfall. And the complications between their relationship progressing due to Lian believing in the set destiny vs his own feelings.
And before anyone asks, I dont have the novel. It actually sucks because where I read it originally was split between 2 websites. The first like 3/4ths and the last 4th that wasnt even completed. The first 3/4ths ended up shutting down i think and the last 4th was abandoned. :( so if anyone does know where to read, that'd be cool
