There is a novel, but I personally wouldn’t recommend reading it, it’s a lot darker then this manhua. For instance, it actually deals with slavery realistically, and sexual assault is also used heavily

Theres also a translated light novel version of this. Its already up to 52 chapters. You can search it up since the translator doesnt allow their site to be shared in a site like this. Its ran by a deer so you'll know when you see it.
I gave up reading half way through, it made zero sense, I wish people who speak English can do this. I don't mind grammar or spelling mistakes, but when its just a bunch of non nonsensical words, I feel frustrated. The first chapters were okay but afterwords.... Please please some translation group pick this up or is there a link to a different translation of this?
I just love this story and it is a shame that the translators dropped it. Hope the other scanlation group will go ahead and keep working on this project.
