Yeah exactly, iily doesn’t know what he’s feeling until Jerry puts a word to it. But he wasn’t happy because of the book, he was happy cause he was looking at the medal jerry got him
oh i worded out incorrectly but what i meant was that the book became like a trigger for him to confirm that 'ah so this is happiness' I didn't mean for it the reason why bcs he's happy... glad that the mc was one of the reasons why he's able to feel such emotions
