To me that's like when he/she is like an adult 20+ (The child is an adult) you hear kids saying they are going to marry someone when they are kids I think the kid is 10-11-12 not 17 and up , I see your point dating a child is very wrong but I'm pretty sure the younger kid meant when they get older because he loves them so much :)
