Damien is really an expert on mind games, his goal is to have Chloe back through emotional manipulation now, and as usual, our girl Chloe tried to fight back, but now Damien ended up being inside her. Oh come on girl!
It's kinda disappointing that she should fight and make him more crazy like for an example from the scene wherein she pointed a gun to Damien (c67) but Damien was able to made her stop, well she should do next is to point the gun on herself, let's see how Damien will react on that, for sure that arrogance will be instantly gone, but oh well, at least, she was able to break him once, so yeah it's not totally a disappointment.
Well, if ever I just want to see Damien treat her MORE BETTER than before and he should sincerely and truthfully apologize to her after all of this and change those toxicity.
It's actually nice to see a story with real development shown. It really tells a story with substance. It shows how the characters struggle, self-reflections, realizations, and resolutions, and how they manage in order to move forward in the betterment. This is the real definition of 'trust the process' indeed.
The story keep being dragging. It's kinda boring now and also the chasing arc is too fast, then suddenly they're okay again, after many sacrifices and things happened then it was all just got wasted. Nahh.
Also, it is kinda funny how they tried to make the High Priest seemed like very scary. Like hello, overpowering with over exposing characters are too boring now. He's just a freaking trash who doesn't even enough justifiable reason to be the most villain of the story, he's just a trash and a stalker, obsessed and truly a garbage character. Nothing special to be scary for. And Aisha a.k.a The Fake, is just like him, trashes.
I stayed just for Caleb and Duke of the North honestly.
Well not anymore. Everybody died. Don't you love stories with a happy ending? I have to admit, when I thought that they were going to be rescued by the last minute, I was really worried there but then thank goodness, the hero came through and was able to gobble up everybody. The end. Now that's a story with a great ending

I was being sarcastic. The way the things are going, I was really in suspense and then all of a sudden we get the ending like this? Like what the heck? Chapter 96 seems to be a big deal of a chapter and all of a sudden the priest guy is a slime monster and we didn't even get to see how? That's what I'm frustrated about. I'm actually frustrated. So I'm like being sarcastic. Because seriously that just seems to come out of nowhere with the giant slime monster
Well sorry but it doesn't seem like a sarcasm, lol. But yeah all the things that happened are really frustrating as if the author runs out of ideas and just go out of control like what the hell.
Done. Yes, I finished this freaking manga for the sake of stopping myself to be curious of what will happen in the end, and all I can say is the ending is just like 7/10. But the whole series? Most of it are containing red flags/toxic scenes that sometimes are very exhausting and annoying to read at all, but I did so that my curiosity will be gone, and now it is. Is it worth it? Nahh.
I like the overall dynamic between the twins and their imperial family and ofc the bond of the twins, but there are things I just find odd, like why tf she ends up with her guardian, like seriously, actually I don't feel any sparks or chemistry between them, it felt forced, their pair up doesn't have a stronghold connection at all.
Also, why most of the story ended up focusing more on Arienne? How about Arjen? Well there are times that the plot are having turns between them, but it is mainly focused on only one which is Arienne, there's no progress on Arjen at all. The author is like forcing us to accept that Arjen is happy for Arienne and we should also be happy too, but no, how about our Arjen boy?! Unfair.
And how about the other princes, they're actually much more older than the twins, but Arienne ends up becoming more progressed when it comes to life/relationships matters, like come on, Arienne is technically the youngest and the only girl in the group, y'all should work your butts too. Make some progress. Gosh.
But again, I just don't like how this story ends up like this. I actually like the first part, but now it's kinda disappointing.
I hate that disgusting twins and that granny which is the twin's mother. Fu*k them all. And those idiotic bio brothers of her and her naive father. I really do hope that they will really regret for what they did to MC.
I feel sad for OG Rubert, and thankfully the MC got her back (body) now to change everything.

I liked it at first, but it's disappointing now,especially with what ML did—he manipulated her. He's not so different far from his brother; yes, they might have different reasons, but they both tried and are trying to trap FL for their own sakes. They never respected FL and her wishes. It's so toxic, manipulative and really suffocating. And FL lacking backbone and just carried away with ML's manipulation and love bombing. Actually, this is not romantic at all, it's a disappointment.

FL is truly one of the best mc I ever known.
- I like everything about her, such as her personality, her mindset, her fashion and nuances, etc., as in everything about her.
- As for the ML, he has a personality of Tsundere. Actually he's not boring or what like what others says on the comment sec, that's how he is, just a tsundere.
- Also adding a slow burn romance is actually much better, and I like how they also focused on their strategies, nations invasion, revenge, politics. Smart game.
- This manhwa offers many things and I am here for all of it! They're the FL & ML that gives an EQUAL value. Like both of them are really acting as leaders. I like how they matched each other's freak. They're such a powerful couple and a gorgeous & hottest couple out there! Even the side characters especially those people on their side was also loveable.

This is so true, they just grew apart. Sometimes people that is really close and important to you might change and be a stranger one day.
Also, they're started as only teens, their brain and self identity are still evolving, that is why there's no certainty at all in the first place in their relationship. But now that that they're adults, their true nature will show and changes happens. Also, I think the eagerness of mincheol to have her is only like a big challenge to him and when he finally got her and conquered the challenge then he lost all the interests. Sometimes, we thought people like mincheol is a good guy but nope, he's just a guy that is inconsistent, reckless, manipulative, narcisstic and toxic that is disguising to be a prince charming to get you, and sometimes person's intentions might change over time.
Yes the good memories are there, but the consistency and loyalty is really the thing that matters the more in a long time.
