you're right!! does that mean that the organisation is limiting the blood pact to one person per partner to avoid abuse of power and disruption of internal peace (2 espers or more fighting over one guide/2 guides or more fighting over one esper)?? like it could be illegal in that case to have more than one partner but it's also not impossible like you said since they never mentioned one can't form more than one blood pact i wonder what's the reason behind k lying abt the death of his first partner and getting fabian into this mess is he trying to overthrow the higher ups and take over the organisation that failed to protect his first group

I dont think K is lying about the death of Jerome… K is more of in denial that Jerome his first partner is gone n is hung up with his past bc maybe he thinks Jerome is the only who could truly understand him as a person and his past… like come on K give Fabian a chance… also basing on other guideverse its possible they can guide other people even if they have a partner but ya know the not intimate type of guiding n their partner(esper) have a differenr feel of their guiding… but anyways there’s a high chance we might be missing the point y K wants to overthrow the higher ups maybe he knows something about the higher ups that he is jor disclosing nor it is being address atm… there could be a high chance K knows how corrupt the system before, during and after the big incident with J city… who knows bc K is still mysterious to us
