It was an anthology from a bunch of different manga artist with on story being about a man who has sex with a human version of his cooling fan in the summer and another story with a homosexual who was captured by Nazis in a camp. I think another story was about an older gay couple, one was dying and the other was peeling a fruit for him while they were having a conversation.
There is a side character in the yaoi/ shounen-ai who is a butler or assistance who says "Well, anyway isn't it about time to talk about penis," and "Alright, stop being a tsundere."
