I was having the same feeling too but it was so well explained that i am finding it hard to continue doubting him plus the fact that his brother yaoi raped him and then didn't come back for seven years makes me care even less that he might be involved in the embezzlement

So it ended with him being lonely and wishing for love. So when is the sequel where he gets someone??? The way he was he didn't seem opposed to gender!
I hope there is more as I'd like to see Mitsuo and Ichya's family. I like how a some of the characters just accept the relationship between the brother and his boyfriend. It seems the Uncle had issues but overcame it.
Momo just seems to be a private sort of person and doesn't want his business out there. Even thought the other residents are trying to be discreet, he's still uncomfortable. What he should do (and he won't) is just erupt in front of everyone at the dinner table and say - look we're dating, screwing, whatever. Now let's drop the topic!
