To sum it up VERY quickly

Alphas - Dominant, claim an omega with a bite on the omega's neck. Are the only ones capable of claiming/being affected by omega heat

Omega - Submissive, have a heat once a month (they release pheromones and become extremely horny). They are claimed by alphas. They can no longer have sex with anyone else besides that alpha. They are able to give birth/get pregnant. They usually take heat-blockers and wear collars to keep from accidental/heat-induced claiming.

It's a very crazy AU

Also include: Usually Omegas can't have another partner besides their Alpha mate. While Alpha can have another Omega. In short Alpha can have his harem, if feels like it, while Omega stuck with them for life! (〜￣△￣)〜
(After Omega got bitten by his Alpha, doing it with others would make him feel very sick.)

But depending on authors liking they may change the rules a bit.
