i actually reached chapter 5 thinking they're both around the same age. kaisei’s age wasn't mentioned and he gives off rebel teen vibes. so i was really shocked when i read kaisei saying “Of course it's a problem, a kid like you having another kid, it's absurd!”... i got suspicious so i read the comments and gosh... so that's how it is

author has a serious rape fetish. she literally made two stories with rape as the MAIN plot lol. everything revolves in rape... from exposition, rising action, climax, falling action, and resolution. even now in spin-offs. south korean’s rape fetish needs to be studied. even all the recent bl manhwas i read also has explicit rape. i dont think this is matter of knowing how to look for good stories. it's just all stories nowadays are rape rape rape rape rape rape rape rape rape rape rape rape rape rape rape rape rape rape rape rape rape rape rape rape rape rape rape rape rape rape rape rape rape rape rape rape rape

pls, author, do something about taesan

TaeSan is just a plot device. His future life seems bleak in his hometown, without success, and he won’t end up with someone violent like Junwoo because he’s straight. If you’re into characters like TaeSan, you might enjoy Jinx. But here, TaeSan is just part of the storyline, so I hope people won’t get overly obsessed with him or keep bringing him up all the time

According to the current chapters in the novel I'm reading, Junwoo still popping in n out of his life. His grandmother is very worried abt him being involved w Junwoo.
He doesn't do well in his exam getting into university.
MC (Jun) gives him a flower telling him to show/brag it to his grandmother so she knows he has other friends too and be less worried abt him. MC also tells Taesan if he doesn't do well in his exam, don't go to university at all, focus on getting a job, he's smart, he'll do well at work. Especially it will help him have money to take care of his grandmother

Well during the bullying and harassment from Junwoo and after Junwoo incident, Taesan had to skip school alot so when he came back he had to keep up w everyone.
Junior still pops up around him so imagine his mental state of having to deal w his ass.
His grandmother's health also doesn't get any better.
So it's quite normal for Taesan to not do well in his exam.
Jun's actions and kindness towards Taesan has always been genuine whether he likes to admit it or not cz Jun doesn't like doing the wrong things. He insulted Taesan cz he didn't think highly of him n Taesan also kept bothering Jun alot (just to thanks him repeatedly) and cz Jun doesn't like to be bothered.
But yea this time he's nicer to Taesan, but he also doesn't want to see him again. He hopes Taesan will do better n do well in life but doesn't want Taesan to show his face around him.
don’t get me wrong, i’m really glad doha's finally starting to realize his feelings and how much seolu means to him. but it all just feels a bit too fast for me? like… after all that drama and violence, it just ends with him suddenly “getting it” after one convo? idk, i guess i was hoping for more. i wanted to see more of doha chasing seolu, more struggle with emotions... more anger, more desperation, more yearning, then more confusion, more lonelinesss, more denial, more regret... and figure things out by himself. i was hoping for a slow, painful, and like messy realization??? not just in 1-3 chapters... not just be told by seolu that it’s love and then go “oh right it is.” i mean the whole thing happens because doha is dense af lol.
doha, u need to learn how to name ur own feelings. seolu, stop spoonfeeding him.
Yeaaaa it’s bullshit lmao
Like… how tf should he know? And also be able to disregard an entire lifetime of conditioning??? Makes no sense ngl
