I didn’t expect to be crying but I just finished the flashback arc of everything he went through in the dungeon and I’m genuinely just so heartbroken. It hurts even more knowing that his teammates did all this wishing because they knew he would kill himself, and knew that he was young, so they wanted to give him “impossible”/excessive tasks so that he keeps on living.
Also, all these fuckers know that the few who have made it out alive all are mentally ill and suffer with their mental health, so the audacity to keep on looking for someone who clearly went into hiding, and did so CLEARLY for a reason, and saved their/HUMANITY’s lives is just so fucking infuriating. Not only are you selfishly looking after them, but planning to put them in an elite team tasked to deal with OTHER high-ranking dungeons, KNOWING that he takes sedatives, which is a clear indicator of how bad his mental health is, is just PISSING ME OFFFFF (looking at the ml)
I’m only at the prophet scene but surely, instead of harassing him like that, just telling that guy that seo yoon is friends with that there’s gonna be another disaster dungeon, would be better bcs he’d somehow tell seo yoon? He wonders what type of relationship taegun had with that other prick, and wants to hear it from him directly, although he knows what type of relationship they had (taegun was abused), so he gets mad bcs he knows he can’t get the answer from taegun with how their current relationship is. and then has rough sex with him because he’s mad. And I just simply don’t like that trope, simple as that.
I revisited ch32-34 to see what you are talking about before saying anything and I think I see what you are talking about but I only partially agree.
I se seo eunseung being angry at the mental-manipulation esper not at taegun. Though you are right, the recipient of those feelings ended up being taegun.
Also they would have had sex anyway (since taegun needed guiding) but I agree that eunseung's mental state affected the way they had sex.
So like I said, I kinda agree, but I would not compare it to other manhwas where mls are straight up taking their anger on ukes in the most toxic way possible.
Well I’m glad that you at least see where I’m coming from, I just hate it when the recipient of that misguided anger is towards the victim out of all people. Although the worst thing he did is no foreplay, taegun was enjoying himself in the end anyways, it just leaves an icky taste in my mouth regardless. You're so right bc eunsung is supposed to be such a green flag and yet he treated roughly taegun on his most vulnerable moments... And no this isn't them bein freaky or whatever bc it wasn't a play. It was him treating taegun badly bc of his personal grievances.

I honestly don't understand the whole obsession with overuse of sex scenes these days. You either have barely any plot, or the relationship is toxic and abusive, or you have a good plot that is suddenly intercepted with sex scene every couple of chapters that truly came out of nowhere.
And since the sex gets overused so much, there has to be switch ups I guess? Hence the angry sex. Oh, I am so tired of this.
Yeah I hated it too. Those chapters really left a stain on my opinion of Eunsung's. He was such a great green flag before that and it definitely felt out of character for him. Very disappointing
