Lately I've seen a lot of people complaining about how "nothings happening" or how the story is taking forever to progress things but I strongly disagree. The amount of concern Seung is showing for Nakyum is insane in these past few chapters. We started at Seung blatantly saying he wouldn't dare fall low enough to embrace someone of Nakyum's title yet here we are.
It is so much more than Seung just being concerned about his servant, You can see it in his eyes how hard he's trying to pull Nakyum apart and seek a deeper relationship. I want to make it a point and say I highly doubt Seungho has had any REAL relationships in the past that got through surface level, So the way he's acting is very fitting. He's using his rough gorilla tactics to pry Nakyum open which is only scaring Nakyum farther away. Nakyum probably thinks Seung is being overbearing and thinks only of himself as a pawn.... It's so interesting. I doubt Seung grasps the level of love hes holding for Nakyum. Seriously. I know this is heading toward Seungho getting aggressive again (He's probably going after Inhun real soon.) but I cannot wait to see him break down and admit his love.
I love seeing how Jinwa is falling mentally. He knows damn well that if something happens to Nakyum that it's no longer just a huge "oopsie daisy". He is starting to grasp that Seung isn't going to run to him like he wants, it's going to be the exact opposite. I LOVE that! i love that level of realization! This Author is SO GOOD.

I got about 10 chapters in and had to stop reading, The art is amazing but the story is just extremely fast. The plot is much more of a fluffy "Love at first sight" kind of story than I expected for something tagged a psychological drama.
<MINOR BEGINNING SPOILERS>
Dean is a hitman, one that has been in the business for years and has the scars and emotional trauma to show for it but when it comes to Craig it's as if all his years of doing this job just jumps out the window. In the first few chapters alone he lets Craig basically do whatever he wants and just shrugs it off. He put Craig in a mansion to freely roam around with no guards or even cameras. So, to no ones surprise, Craig escaped. It's as if he thought saying "Don't run off" was some sort of psychological barrier that would deter Craig from running off when he's done nothing but be a pushover. For example; In killing stalking Yoonbum had a chance to escape the house but after days of psychological abuse he constantly hesitated. Physically, he could've opened the door the second Sangwoo walked out but, Mentally? It was as if Sangwoo had a tether on him binding him to the house. Yoon knew that if he walked out that door and Sang caught him? It was game over.
Even after Craig is caught there isn't a punishment, Dean just takes him to another Mansion and takes a nap like nothing just occurred. Bizarre.
I don't understand Craig's character. His whole backstory doesn't match up with a lot of the things he does. In the first chapter its "I can't afford to stop working, not even for a second.. I have to take care of my little brother." yet hes blindly following around a hitman that decided to pay his debt on a whim. He didn't think to ask Dean "How much are you paying me?", "Why should i trust you to pay me?", "what am i doing for you?" which seem like pretty important questions considering his own and his little brothers livelyhood is on the line. In one chapter he's overwhelmed with the depression of the debt his father left on him but in the next chapter he's talking about being a prized possession to a killer that he met less than 48 hours ago. Is that not a little concerning whatsoever?

I didn't expect anything gore riddled and tragic or depressing, I just expected a lot slower of a progression than this as well as things to make more sense. For me it's weird to see something like this written "light hearted" and "easy" when the basic plot synopsis is basically Craig being suicidal.

I get it some parts of it seemed unnatural but I was able to look past it to get to the consolation parts. No matter how I just enjoyed how they were madly in love with each other, the subtleness was also pleasant
I have been meaning to say this for a while; I don't understand how people can treat Nakyum so carelessly. I understand the jealousy, envy, overall just dislike of him since hes a lowborn being fed with a sliver spoon but still..he belongs to Seungho. Seungho rules like a sadist and has no problem offing anyone- He did so in the very BEGINNING of this manhwa. So why in god's name would you want to pick on Nakyum? It feels like a death wish almost. Putting rocks in Nakyum's rice? are you out of your mind? Seung beat every one of his servants for Nakyum running away. I have a feeling that this servant is going to be harshly scolded by Seung in future chapters and I'm really curious to see how it'll go down. Anyone else feeling this vibe too?
I like how this story has progressed over the past few chapters!! I really hope the artist keeps it up. I'd hate to see this turn out like a story that starts out great then just goes down hill at the middle/final act.. This is the first manhwa in a while that has truly caught my attention.
I love how not only did He Tian push Mo to safety but Zhan Xixi also reached back to grab him too. Shows how far they've come and that little detail makes me very happy.
I like this story A lot, It's very intriguing. I like how the drama isn't so cliche that it's miserably aggravating to read. It's not 48 pages of "Wow I wish they'd just talk this out". I can understand where Nakyum is coming from. His hesitation, his fears, his hurt. It doesn't feel heavily drawn out. The artist has a very smooth and soft artstyle too- It'd really be a tragedy if we never see Seung's hair down.
Yesss the plot is one of the best I’ve read and the art style is gorgeous! The expressions are perfect and you can tell exactly how they’re feeling and it’s so much nicer than a tall dark handsome seme with a resting bitch face and MAYBE a smile that always faces forward and a twink uke with 3 faces: happy, blushing, and cumming

I really wonder about how Nakyum is going to go about getting any information and if he's actually going to do that to Seung.
Will he get dirt on Seung only to report it to Inhun and regret it? Will he report anything at all? Will Seung find out before any of that can happen?
He might end up falling for Seungho, out of knowing who he is and at the same time realize that his LEARNED SIR is a TWO FACED CUNT but is too late to stop his plan ╮(￣▽￣)╭
I just started reading this manhwa and I do not like the teacher AT ALL. He seems so very selfish.. only thinking of himself and his gain although his student is begging for help. Gosh, I'm so disgusted by him and I'm wondering about everyone elses opinion on him too.
well, to me, he's a manipulative bitch. he hides his true face under a facade he's kept up in front of others especially nakyum who is naive and innocent asf and has fallen for that fake mask he has put on. seungho is aggressively expressive when it comes to his true personality, he doesn't hide how cruel he can be because he doesn't want to gain anything like that anyway tho now it's evident he wants nakyum and might end up changing for him but that still doesn't make him a fake asshole like inhun who only wants to use others like nakyum for his own selfish needs and is a homophobe at that (tho, according to the historical setting, more than majority of the people were) also he sent nakyum back when he was trying to escape the seungho's place which had become a hellhole for him just so that the "learned sir" can have that government post. tenks for listening to my ted talk :)
you're absolutely right. I Love such a good in-depth response! I can't even begin to explain how disgusted I was to see him manipulating the love Nakyum had for him to get a one up on Seung. You could just see his world fall apart when Inhun said "Go back". Seung isn't without his own faults by any means but Jeez.... talk about being "Twofaced"..
I'm glad I'm not the only one who seriously dislikes him. The only reason he isn't dead is because Seung has such a soft spot for Nakyum... I'm not going to lie, I was excited when I saw what Seung was about to do but then I realized it would be much better for Nakyum to see Inhun's true colors himself. Inhun doesn't deserve the love that Nakyum has for him one bit.
trust me, you're not alone when it comes to disliking him tho "hate" is the word i would use since i've seen many openly hating on him more than seungho. i hope that nakyum realizes the truth soon somehow like by overhearing him having a convo with someone about it but the guy is a fake ass to literally everyone he talks so idk, how it'll happen but hope it happens soon enough.also, where do you think this story is going and about seungo and nakyum's relationship?? i've never been confused but at the same, so immersed in a plot of a webtoon or manga.
I think the author will most certainly either have Nakyum overhear something Inhun says! I can absolutely see Seung setting something up where Nakyum would be in listening distance. Either that or Inhun says something that goes too far and Nakyum realizes his actual intentions.
From the last chapter I think Nakyum is growing feelings toward Seung. It looks like his heart is beating out of his chest when he's seeing Seung for the first time and that's a sign. You can tell Seung, though in denial, has a soft spot for Nakyum and it is growing- He's starting to get agitated when people talk about Nakyum and it's cute. How do you feel about them? I do ship them. Seung might be an ass but he's much more likable than Inhun.
oof samee, i ship them two tho i wasn't able to say that much here since the readers have been divided into these two groups who either for the ship or just want seungho down the drain, away from nakyum. i feel like there is some development happening between them especially after reading the raws and seungho has unexpectedly been sorta tame with nakyum ever since he got really sick. i feel like he's trying his best to become a better person in nakyum's eyes since a person like him can't change into an angel overnight. although the heart beating might be due to the medicine given to him, there have been other instances where it has been hinted how nakyum is attracted to seungho like how he masturbates after witnessing seungho have sex and the eye contacts they make everytime nakyum lifts his head and so on. this story is very interesting so i desperately hope that it doesn't get taken down here.
I can see why it'd be a divide when Seung is quite aggressive at points, Everyone was also divided when Killing Stalking first came out too. Certainly some development! I mean Nakyum straight up hit Seung and he took it like a champ! I don't think anyone else could do that to him without him being ready to behead them, especially someone of such low brow. I personally think that if it was anyone else clinging to Seung the night he was plotting to kill Inhun he would've easily shoved them to the dirt. Now you're making me hungry for the raws though I won't understand a thing.
I would be so devastated at this point if it was taken down, I really love the art and I'm not even into these kinds of older-setting story plots. Seung is stunning, I love his eyes and how hellbent he is on making sure Nakyum sees him staring.
exactlyy!! seungho seems so needy when it comes to nakyum especially how considerate he is being towards him despite him being a noble who were very arrogant at the time and found low borns as a waste of oxygen, literally and the historical setting of the story is present for a reason plus it hasn't been proven if nakyum is truly a lowborn since he was abandoned since birth so we never know if he turns out to be a secret child of some noble since that was common too, at the time. also, raws can easily be translated if you have the papago app which is a translating app by naver, a korean company. it has the option of translating korean text to english from pictures and it's much accurate than google translate so ig you could use that if you want. and yesshh, seungho is so damn hot with dem eyes and nakyum is beautiful like the art is amazing with the way the expressions are so on point sksks
God.... I could go on about it for days, I love those two. I love how Seung is a blatant asshole, He reminds me of the type to really only be attached to one person and keep everyone else distant. The fact that he's so off the walls attracts me. I really hate how gossipy everyone else is though, I can just tell from the way everyone talks that it's going to create problems. Wow- I never thought about Nakyum being a noble! He's so very attractive, I wouldn't be surprised if he was at least half noble.
