I feel like this could have been avoided with sex-ed. With proper sex-ed, Nanjo would know that kinks are perfectly acceptable and wouldn't be willing to go so far to stop a guy getting choked out when it's clearly his kink. He'd probably also realize that these two are both twisted and run far away from yaoi land
