honestly my memory is absolute garbage so i only know that the mc had a bf before in school and dated secretly, but one day they were caught flirting or w.e and rumors went bat shit crazy and they were getting harassed by classmates. in response mc's ex said stuff like "we're not dating" and "why would i date a guy????", making insults to mc so people don't think they're dating, etc. etc. which hurt the mc

hello i recently reread "Tadareta Koi ni wa Itashimasen!" and the plot reminded me of another manga that i really enjoyed, but can't remember how to look for it.
i vaguely remember the plot being the usual "popular guy who always brings girls home x next door apartment neighbor who is absolutely tired of it"
the only part of that manga i distinctively remember is the popular character thinking the other had a crush on him because he kept staring at him, but it was actually him staring at his box of beer.
