You can't, when you follow you get its notifications but to save them you gotta press the " Like" so it will be kept in your favorites section

Not sure I understand your question but you can create whatever lists you want from Your Homepage - My Lists - Create a new list. You can include a description, follow others lists, etc. Then, to add to a list ypu created simply open the page of the manga and click on the Add to a lost button. If you are talking about tags, when rating a story, you can add a tag and when clicking on a tag, a list of stories with that tag will pop up. Hope that helps!
