What do people think about "anonymous" not being able to comment anymore?
What would be the problem with having to be signed in to comment?
I feel like some of the manga comment sections have been overrun with comments from people NOT signed into accounts and trolling other users, and wonder if this requirement would assuage that back a bit.
I once posted an unpopular opinion of mine in a manga comment section and I mostly got barged in with comments from anons and when I replied to all of them, they’re all like “We’re different people with the same opinion (which is pretty much bullshit and I was like: you think I’m dumb or what)” and they’re also like “Here’s my sob story, pls take pity on me (fckin bullshit af) and I can assure you that I know what’s the character’s feelings bcuz I’ve gone through the same sob story.” I’m pretty happy they restrained anons from commenting now ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
Account users can be just as toxic. And we've had problems with spamming from account users in the past. Requiring everyone to have an account will make it easier to harrass/stalk people. Even if you block a user, they can always make an infinite amount of accounts with different email addresses.
When you have an account, you start to build a repretation and persona. For some account users, this isn't a big deal. But, for others, it's added pressure to remain on everyone's good side and may lead users to feel uncomfortable sharing different ideas and certain questions.
hmmm, I'm not so sure. I've made my fair share of shitty comments(which have been downvoted) and I'm pretty sure no one remembers me, nor do I have any sort of reputation ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
If you're that concerned about making people upset with your comment, then you may have to think: 1) Is my comment offensive? and 2)Why am I so concerned about what people think of my comments?
Also if someone is being stalked/harrassed, they can always make a new account and delete the old one if its that bad. Sure, they may have all their manga saved onto that old account but 1) anons don't get the option to save manga either, so anon commenting doesn't fix anything, and 2) they can just copy all the mangas on to their new account if that is really an issue.
Any finished "cutesy" yaoi or shounen ai?
Example current faves: Heeshu from class 2; Here U Are; Fools; finished Momentum, Raising A Bat ...

cute for me. =)
I'm not expecting our tastes for cute things to match perfectly, but I do hope at least one of these is to your liking:
-Hakwonmul (school life) (definitely cute, MC is my precious cinnamonroll).
-Konbini-kun (More sweet than cute, but still cute)
-Itoshi no Nekokke (Really cute and sweet)
-Mousouka, Koi o Suru (Too short, but it's super cute)
-Yamada to Shounen (too cute, melted my heart this morning)
-Eccentric Hobby (more funny than cute, but still cute)
-Doukyuusei (The story and characters are cute, although the art style is very unique, and not traditionally cute, I do find it adorable.)
-Yuki no Shita no Qualia (The art is gorgeous and the characters look cute, but I'm not sure if the story is cutesy, it's still pretty good and heartwarming)
-Omamorishimasu, dokomademo (Maybe it's more funny than cute, but it's still sweet and simple).
-Hoppe ni himawari (great if you want to read about a chubby uke).
-Konya mo nemurenai (quite funny and sweet)
-Ikumen After (the artsyle isn't that cutesy, but it's pretty good, and the story and characters really are cutesy for the most part)
-Renchin! (sweet and has nice food illustrations)
Akihabara Fall in Love (I liked it and found it really cute and funny, though I guess the story is not that "special" or super memorable).
