I know the manga is definitely Horror and originally Japanese from the 2010’s onward from what I can tell from the art style, it’s completely monochrome and there’s a heavy focus on the hatching and pointillism for shading. I have no idea what the title is since I first read it a year ago and it’s in a foreign language, I only know basic Japanese so I was barely able to understand the dialogue. The manga is a sort of ‘collection’ of one shots mashed up together.
The ones I can remember is one about a little girl turning into a monster of mashed up metal and gears after conjuring a disease. I can’t remember anything else but I do know the ending has her parents or someone close to her commenting how unfortunate her life was to turn into a monster or something along those lines.
Another one is about the last two surviving men at the end of the world, one of the men gets pregnant (no, I’m not joking) suddenly from a beast or something and gives birth to this creature or thing. The man who gets pregnant is some skinny dude with black hair and the other dude is this musky fella, with muscles and dark-colored hair but it’s dubious because of the black and white art style.
The last one I remember is one about a doll maker, making a doll that resembles a woman with blonde hair and white skin. When the doll finds out she has organs, she rips them all out while saying they’re ugly and useless. The doll dies and the doll maker is just annoyed since they’ll have to construct her all over again. This is one of the only oneshots that has color if I recall correctly.
I’ve been dying to read this manga just one more time because how batshit insane it sounds just describing it. I know I found it randomly on this site, but I can no longer find it because my older account is defunct and it’s probably the saddest thing that’s ever happened to me in years.

I saw your comment a few days ago and I was intrigued so I started searching for it through the horror manga completed section by oldest uploaded date. While i was looking i made sure to keep in mind that the manga had at least 3 chapters, was released in 2010s, the title was Japanese, & that some of the stories had color. But I didn’t find it unfortunately. I went over to AniList and searched through Horror Anthology. Nothing again. So I started to use Ai to find it. I tried 4 different Ai’s and gave them the description of this story (Just copied and paste your description).The Ai’s gave me a bunch of horror manga names but none matched your description perfectly. Then I started looking through horror manga lists. Nothing either. So I spent like probably over 2 hours trying to look for this, I began to think this manga didn’t exist at some point. But never give up you know.
What i find interesting is that you read this horror manga in Japanese. That means it was not translated yet but you’re sure you found it on this Mangago right? Because I didn’t know that a manga would be uploaded without being translated beforehand. So did find the name of the manga on here and you read it on a different site? Because i think people would complain in the comments that the manga hadn’t been translated yet and was still in Japanese.
Ok I really did my best to help you find this manga but ended up with nothing, sorry. However I don’t read much horror and I am not horror enthusiast. It’s not a genre I gravitate to. But I can give you some tips if you’re REALLY desperate to find it. 1. Start looking through your search history browser. It’ll be tedious to look through since you read it a YEAR ago. Well it won’t work if you read in incognito mode or that you know you deleted your browsing history at some point. 2. Search through the Horror section on mangago via the Create date since it’s an old manga. See if any of the covers or the title seem familiar to your memory at all. 3. Final measures: Go To Reddit. And post the description you post on here. A lot of Horror manga experts on Reddit im sure. I mean you can try Ai but they’re fickle. I really sympathize with you. I lost my old account with over 500 manga on there because of something stupid. But if you created a list on your old account, you can still access it. So if you added the horror manga to a list, it’s findable. Anyway best of luck to you on your search!

First of all, thank you! Even if you didn’t manage to find it, I’m so thankful that you actually attempted to try to find it, to be honest, it really has been hard to find this manga. My search has been very complicated since I’ve asked on quite a few subreddits but none of them seem to match my memory, and I’m even surprised someone managed to find this post on this site of all places! So thank you once more, it’s been great help!
From my search so far, I believe that when it was still released here, it was barely fully available, my memory’s jogging, but I do remember that when I read it, it was only a few months (maybe 2) since a new chapter was available (it hadn’t been updated for a while) and with barely any attraction since the horror genre in this little section of the internet isn’t really focused on horror.
I will definitely look high and low for this manga, it’s been something I’ve been thinking about at the very back of my mind and I’ll definitely try to find my old account, I can relate to the fact that you lost a list with so much manga, I really hope and pray to god I actually wasn’t dumb and forgot to add it to one of my lists.
I really do hope I’ll be able to find this manga by an obscure artists because not only is it weird and confusing, but it’s something that’s basically dear to my heart even if I’ve only read it once with how deep it’s carved into my brain. I can’t say this enough, thank you so much!!

So yes, my old Mangago account got deleted a long time ago. But I can still access my old lists by going to one manga that was added to my list. However you might not be able to find anything if your lists were private in your old account. If this unknown manga seems to not update very often, it may be ongoing so I should’ve been searching in the Ongoing Horror section. I’m willing to search more.
I’m surprise that reddit couldn’t help you! But if you have any questions about the list thing or something else i will do my best to help. Anyway please update me if you do ever find this unknown manga.. And don’t lose hope even if you haven’t found it in 10 years. Remember once a manga is uploaded to this web, it always stays!
