Honestly yall be having double standards sometimes we've all seen the novel warnings and people write abt how bad zhenya is, ,I am gen enjoying the storyline and characters and I fr dgaf what zhenya does or is going to do to taekjoo..as long as they end up together somehow I am gud. That's lit where the entertainment is ,,how they end up together despite the abuse ,raped etc how they both think and why they think that way..and why taekjoo would still be wiling to be with zhenya despite everything..I Honestly LOVE this trope and teakjoo isnt that weak I am sure he won't break that easily. Anyways instead of chasing stupid morals remind ur self that YOU chose the read thus mahnwa despite the Tags and warnings so you most def did this to yourself. Its all abt the development and mindset and seeing all the novel warnings just made me even more intresed in the novel itself. =>
How I imagine some people: - endlessly consume asian bl contents for free -> read endless bl with consent -> finds it boring -> find a few interesting bls but with noncon warning-> sees warnings and keep reading -> "what the heck, why do *ALL* bl authors are like this?" "Since I don't like it, there must be something seriously wrong with people who like it"
Lol the reason people keep coming to works like this is because it's interesting and fairly well written. They're lying to themselves. Toxicity and messy relationships are interesting to look at (from a safe distance). If I'm in the mood for peace I'll go look at paint drying (like cherry blossom after winter)
Btw it was necessary for me to specify the BLs are ASIAN is because their BL culture is totally different from what I can see here. I don't see as much complaints when I read these types of works on Chinese, korean or vietnamese sites. Yk why? They tagged the genre and people actually fucking understood the tags/warnings and avoid it if they don't like it. So those left are just people with the same taste vibing. Western BLs are full of consent, even the mafia theme ones, not sure why people have to come here.

Such an underrated story I love it soo much plss. It had all the dynamics I love , the character’s understanding each other and willing to go far and wide for the other.
