This is incorrect. Your body's natural reaction I suppose is to "like pleasure," but his consciousness & reasoning clearly indicates that he does NOT like it. He clearly looks like he is in deep emotional pain, and there is a difference between your body liking it vs. your mind. Even if the victim is receiving "so-called pleasure," there is nothing pleasurable at all about this experience whatsoever.
