There are things I think so first: Ido knew him from before he was adopted into that toxic ass family. The second I think is that he was engaged to the other brother in the bathroom and was treating him like shit and Ido watched on the sidelines and maybe Ido died and went back in the past and got him or something. Idk, I really wish we could have some type of thing letting us know how Ido knows so much about the MC.
