But, this manga is set up in a fucking red district and Jae Oh was once a sex worker there. He is not working in a normal corporate job! It's obviously a dog eat dog environment.
It's not nice, but it makes sense! The assault doesn't just happen out of nowhere and because the author is running out of idea.

The author knows exactly what they're doing. They like making this kind of shit to get people so fired up. People who like unhinged red flag Top would eat this up like crazy. Meanwhile the opposite side would vent out, making the story to stay relevant.
And despite the trashy plot, they know there are many people out there who would support them and make their story as the most popular one on the platform and thus help them gain tons of money
