When people shout "OMG RED FLAG" over a character flow that makes them more human. Like let them make mistakes and be imperfect?? Otherwise how are they going to have a character development.. i hate those picture perfect characters who does nothing bad and everything they say is right. For me, it makes them lack personality and so unmemorable.

And when comments can't understand morally grey characters like it always should be either black or white for them.

This is exactly what inspired me to write this question, I hate it when people immediately shout "red flag" especially when it doesn't even apply at all. It's so easy to throw shade at the character but not easy to try and understand them, I know not every story needs analyzing to a degree, not everyone takes seriously a complex character, but if you're not even making an effort don't even suggest utter the words "red flag" and reduce a character to only that. People like that are so insufferable and I wonder why they read in the first place.
