The art is annoying but the story is kinda worth it, i wish they'd do a remake with a way better art and stop with the same surprised expression of the uke.
After reading the novel, i hated how the end of the story made me feel like i wasted my whole fucking day, to be more honest i shredded tears because of how the uke was treated in the beginning especially how he was getting accused of being the reason his friend stuffered, he spent his whole getting blamed and again IT WAS NOT HIS FAULT, jennie was an awful friend. What i hated the most about this is because all of the things he did was for nothing, he suffers so much more as the story goes on but what made me mad was how easily he could forgive. The mc went from a nice relatable character with a change to get developed and be free from his misery to someone similar to dan(uke from jinx). I feel for him and despite them ending together i wished that he would still get away from him and get over his feelings for forever.
The seme literally is awful and a bad character because of his sudden change and affection in the novel, it was as if he acted awful on purpose and when he finished having fun, he started acting all nice. TERRIBLE WRITING FOR THE SEME.

I just read the novel, and all i have to say is that for the first time in my life reading bl where the plot and storyline was more enjoyable than the romance , despite it ending theain couple together in extra chapeters, i just didn't feel the need to continue reading about. I neither felt bad for the mc not the other characters with pretty bad trauma all i wanted was to see how it ended, i had attachment to the characters but rather the plot itself... Anyways this story is rough. But the writing was still incredible you say the least. This isn't actually bl its a psychologival horror there is no potential romance they rape each other in the end even the mc had his revenge and violently raped one of the members, it just felt satisfying.

Um... The novel is just too sad and disappointing because they don't even get to time to live their life happily, when everything gets resolved( it took a REALLY long time)

I read some comments on a blog and it said that they grow old together but Sasha died first naturally and when sasha's funeral is done Karel goes back to their house and he committed a suicide using a pistol cuz he wants to be with Sasha.. "even death can't makes us apart" correct me if I'm wrong:)
