I ' m most likely sure it ' s the man we were introduced to in one of the earlier chapters , seeing that there were deaths based on the lego figures in the asylum room of Zuo Ying . She wouldn ' t be able to escape , so she was most likely working with other people , like how the doctor who cared for Zuo Ying covered for her and such .
