essentially the old age devil is tryna kill pockets. denji ran around constantly in order to become more hungry, therefore eating intestines and other bloody parts he took from the realm he’s trapped in to revive and heal pochita in the true chainsaw form to not only get them out of there but kill the old age devil itself. the other people that had their nails ripped and shit are part of the old age devils contract; they donate parts of their body in order for old age devil to use its power to strike pochita. just like part 1, pochita could tell that the constant attacks against it were too overwhelming within the 30sec timespan, so it threw its heart (aka pochita true form heart) barreling at the old age devil to attack it fast af. that’s where we’re at now. i hope this helps yall idk

A lot of manga/manwa/webtoon artists die because they put too much stress on their body and they work despite illness so since I’ve already come so far and put so much time and love into this story I’d rather wait a little longer for it to update than possibly have another death in the community
And for those of yall taht seriously dislike the main couple…isn’t this better for yall? Like Bsfr you can’t pick and choose what the story holds but maybe with these hiatuses more side couple stories will come as compensation and if not oh well
