In a way, I can understand Hestia and Kael's separate point of view. But in all honesty, I'm more onto Hestia's.
Kael is exhausted, beyond the point that he had to carry such heavy burdens on his own shoulders all alone whilst facing the betrayal of someone he dearly called as a friend and the woman he once held feelings for. Now, he finds peace with Hestia, and I understand why he wants to keep that peace and not spare any more energy towards the people that doesn't deserve it when both of them could use it to solidify their time together even more.
But Hestia's view point is valid in so many levels— the shallow and empty apology that Kael received was like a spit on her face. I can understand her frustrations as well, for someone she has been fighting for to, in a way, say to just let it go. What she experienced on her past life was REAL and traumatising. I think for Hestia, her strong belief of "just because you're okay now doesn't mean what you went through didn't happen"
Both their standpoint is valid and understandable.
Then what? We gonna see him say "I ended her life for her sake and I'd rather have her life end by my hands instead of the king she swore loyalty and life to protect, how painful would it be for her"
Amma bout to lose my shid— Estelle didn't choose to be ignorant, the people around her, THE PEOPLE SHE TRUSTED, decided to put her on that pedestal of pure/bright star. She couldn't help it, too much of that trust made her blind and never questioned the people around her. Khalid chose to be like the people around her instead of being a wussy and justifying his lies and actions as means for her protection.

Hmmm....
Damn, stupidity or wise— only two words I can describe uke. The latest chapter definitely gave a bit of a glimpse on his past.
Our first thought definitely would have been, wtf why is he just letting it go and going with the flow. The uke knows his self-value, to a point that he mentioned he wouldn't risk his life over love. He submitted to the fact that no matter what choice he makes, it won't go the way he wants it to so what's the point of struggling. A bit of a different dynamic to see this kind of personality in a character.
Or unless the plot is just messy and isn't written well.
I see the points of other people basically being mad about how Ash literally FORCED Lyle to admitting about the proposal.
But I can also see the reason why he would do it, they both experienced the bad ordeals that happened because Lyle, as sweet as he is, is bad at communicating when something is wrong. He keeps it in, piles those emotions inside, until he explodes from overthinking and do the unthinkable. As an individual who is very bad at opening up, IT'S NOT EASY, even of people say tell me when something's wrong and such— it is easier said than done. Ash is very vocal but Lyle is still learning and as obvious as it is he is still bad at it despite promising he would say tell Ash if something is wrong. It's not that easy to break out from the loop you conditioned yourself to and due to his upbringing this is proven as a difficult challenge for him.
Now looking at Ash's perspective, he very much so wanted to wait for Lyle to tell him what's wrong, but as his significant other and knowing his issues with communicating how he feels, I can understand why he had to 'force' him to say what is wrong. Now, I wouldn't justify that f*cking the truth out of him is right but if he knew that Lyle was planning to propose he wouldn't have done it either— as we all know guys LYLE IS BAD AT KEEPING SECRETS, he wears his heart on his sleeves in front of Ash.
For both of them, one that has no troubles communicating with what he feels and the other being an overthinker that has issues communicating when things are rough— you will see frustrations on both sides no matter what. As we have witnessed on Ash's ex, their relationship almost had another tension if Ash didn't become forward with Lyle running away.
This reminds me of that particular manhua where the Seme is a literal psychopath, and genuinely aware of what he is and his nature that he cannot change.
This type of heavy content is not for everyone.
Caesar is a mf psycho that literally cannot grasp the concept of "gentle love", his fucked up upbringing amplified it as years went on and you can say he's literally insane with how he thinks of things. What's normal for the Uke doesn't add up to his formula that all he knows is how to inflict dominance by rape and torture, should we be glad he didnt cut off his limbs this time at this rate, death might be the option for a happy ending lmao.
Dang story plot took 99.9% of my brain cells. Art is absolutely bangin!!!
Damn the art was so good that it made some of y'all question if getting eaten out in the ass as a guy is heaven-sending
UKE MANAGED TO ESCAPE OUTSIDE BRUH RUUUUN WHY THE FCK YOU LOOKING BACK RUUUUUN
I hope the author has something in store for us and see seme suffer. Cuz this mf only sees uke as a pleasure hole. ┌( ◕ 益 ◕ )ᓄ
Saw the raws, didn't understand a thing cuz its in korean, but Seme is a piece of poopoo man. Uke was clearly going through something cuz of someone that suddenly called him and all this Seme could think about is fucking him relentlessly ┌( ◕ 益 ◕ )ᓄ
Did the art style change? Or it's just because I havent read this in a while?
I don't know if it extently described the sex scene in the novel but—
No foreplay/not even preparing uke's ass before shoving that dick in?
Did I miss something? Did Sasya ever had a flashback and now knows he was actually the one who killed the man and falsely got Top accused? Unless it will be addressed later on—
Really need to re read this omfg
Istg I've never been so annoyed towards a character before, the way he's acting so cute makes me wanna smack him. It's not cute sir, it's cringey. Makes me wanna madafreaking pull out my stinky socks and stuff it in his eyes cuz he freaking cries EVERY. FREAKING. CHAPTER!!
This sick mf needs to go—
He literally gave me the chills when he talked THAT dirty to the uke AND licked his mf cum. His obsession accumulated over the years that it turned into gluttony. JUST EW—
ML: forget all about your past, all you're allowed to have in your head is a future with me.
The chasing arc was so damn fast, was ready to have a whole different batch of popcorn seeing ML get irritated finding her.
Pretty sure it's just me but did the art change a bit?
Now that I'm re-reading it, I noticed Uke's personality really makes him standout from the rest. He's evidently lonely and actually finds deep comfort and company from top.
Right at the very start, he didn't have those cliche moments where just because top is tall and handsome, he didn't fell inlove at first sight. Now that top has clearly set boundaries, Uke seem to definitely not to ever wanna cross it again. He's naturally clingy and needy to Top but has been collectively limiting himself from attaching any sort of romantic feelings from it (well, the way I see it). He respects that top only wants physical agenda between the two of them. From his sad past of being left behind, it definitely left a trauma in him—despite falling in love with someone and loving that person deeply, he will not stop nor retaliate if they decide to leave again. The 'independence' and solitude has grown into him that he knows every person coming into his life will eventually go, so he's enjoying and making the best out of the time he has with top.
I have a gut feeling that there will be a chasing ark, Uke kinda have a similar personality like the bottom from BJ Alex, once he closed the door behind him, he's literally not gonna open it up again (tho we all know they will in the end, but seeing the arrogant top suffer first ofc) . The kind and soft-type ones are always the scariest when they get hurt.
Just the way I interpretted our pure angel uke's personality!
