You do know that in story plots like these, character development will be spotted. Sweetie, are you new to yaoi? Because if you haven't read other themes similar to this one, then you won't understand what I'm talking about. What I meant by "when will he change" is becauss the uke really loves him to the point that he gave him a second chance, but then he fucked it up again.
Who knows? In situations like this second love interest will always appear but who knows if it will take the same road as other similar plots that he will still go back to the seme because he really loves him. There could be an explanation to why the seme is acting like that in the first place, and uke will be the one to set him right since to what I saw in the raws the Seme doesn't even understand what he did wrong (again, not sure about it but from a broken translation is what I based it from). I feel like the seme is still the end game, there is a chance he will change if the uke decides to leave him for good, and will again beg him to come back.

sure you absolute professional person in manga thanks for the lecture...this manga will still be worth shit if that happens though...basta...i just don't want it to be just another story that had potential, but the author refused to listen to their own creation and forced these fucked up overused plot devices into their story cause horny fetishizing women keep buying it and sabotage their own work...all the work and skill( that is also a fruit of hard labor) is going to waste like this....with a development that MAKES NO FUCKING SENSE....i read hundreds and hundreds of yaoi....and only a few are worth money. the rest is just shit. why? cause people decide to make no sense. will i stop looking for masterpieces? no. why? cause the authors who listen to their own creation have done nothing wrong :) often they are they are the underrated ones. cause they don't let themselves be manipulated by the twisted desires of readers...

This story is not just fluff, its more than just rainbows and butterflies, plus the story makes you hooked more. The character development is there, some readers are just too rushed to see the happy ending (or otherwise). This is more of based on how 'real-life' event happens, Nakyum is traumatized with what happened to him so even if he wanted to say the truth, horrifying images appears in his mind. Seungho, although not much of his past were revealed, he has trust-issues, something in the past might have triggered that personally of his, as well as the trauma of opening up to people.
And ya'll, not gonna lie, some of the comments ticks me off saying they gonna drop this. Then do it lmao, this story is not for your heart, this story is a MASTERPIECE, if you just want smooches and fluffs then don't force yourself to read this.
You may call me a psychopath for liking the progress of the story, go ahead. In my point of view, there are much worse yaoi manhwa than this, this actually progresses smoothly, trust the pacing of the story. We will get there, just wait patiently and feel the emotions that the author is throwing at us.

I feel how the comments are raging with "just tell seungho already wtf." But if you're gonna look at it, Nakyum had a traumatizing experience, it's his character to cower down and tremble since not to mention he was THREATENED to be killed if he utter a single word of what happened, even I would wth, imagine being gagged and put into a place where you dont even know where. He was beaten up too (correct me if I'm wrong). The mask guy was 100% serious of killing him if that bish didn't back out.
Let's trust the pacing of this manhwa, not all happy endings reach that easily (usually how yaoi manga quickly does). But yeah, all of my blabbering doesn't change the fact that Seungho is a dick, but that's in his character, he had past traumas and so does Nakyum. Both of them are still at both end sides of the bridge, they haven't moved towards to meet at the center yet.
Oh and let me say one thing: Just sharing opinion y'all, and boy this is gonna be a long one.
i 10/10 agree with you the story isn’t over and yeah what nakyum has had a traumatic experience and like you said he was THREATENED people have go understand and try to see it from his perspective if i was him i would be scared to even say a single word idk i just know that the story isn’t over and we are far away from the haply ending (if there is one cuz yk the author can make it an unhappy ending)

To be honest, this is a perfect flow for the story. Like what the author said, this is gonna be a long one. We just got used to immediate happy endings, at least for POTN, it has so many twist and turns, plus we already that Seungho won't immediately change heart, both of the main character have their own flaws and trauma. Character development may show up and down sequence but we can still see that both have changed so far, either way~ let's appreciate how great this is, this is a masterpiece!!

Yeah, let's not forget that we're not entitled to happy endings, and this characters and the story are wonderfully complex, historic dramas shouldn't be simplistic every time
The fascinating thing about this is how it keeps you on edge, I might be a psycho for loving the story plot so far but this far off in a different level compared to Killing Stalking (although the vibes is similar) and other thriller yaoi. Dude! The art is AHDJDHFKS and man, why do I feel like this one won't have a happy ending as well? T-T —well considering how it's been since Chapter 1, there is a smol chance.
