Looking for a shoujo romcom can’t remember the name. The plot revolves around two high schoolers who end up having to share an apartment, I think bc of some issues with the building or smt. They end up liking each other but don’t want to go further until they graduate and put up a curtain in the bedroom to divide it?? I know this isn’t a lot to go off, the main guy is talk with black hair and I think the girl has long brown hair.

The couple is a salary man and a ghost of a student I think. I think they met on train ? Salary man has black hair and ghost has blonde hair. Pretty sure the ghost isn’t actually dead but can become a ghost when he wants and fucks the salary man. (￣∇￣") ty if u can find
