Ryuh Han's relationship with the MC... well, I don't think the author handled it well at all. I completed it and was honestly disappointed at how things went. I understood why the author did what they did, but it still felt... kinda lame.
Basically, Ryuh Han NEVER had any sort of romantic feeling towards MC. Any "jealous" moments that you see? That's him "being a good friend" and worrying about him befriending/dating a gangster.
So the author chalked it up to MC having delusions about Ryuh Han leading him on and it gets resolved so quickly it left me reeling. Guess what? All those times before he wasn't leading him on! He was just being a shitty 'best' friend!
The author probably wanted to go this route so they could redeem Ryuh Han but... c'mon, really? I don't even know if its a valid excuse. There were no signs of this at all! The reasonings provided were so flimsy: if he's so worried about his friend, why didn't he show it before? Why was it only when ML came around??? Did the author want to make a plot with a love triangle but decided last minute that she didn't want Ryuh Han to be the bad guy? Is that it???

Ryou has anxiety, but he is actually a straightforward person. So when he is just saying things as he sees them, it seems like he is flirting I guess. I also get Natsume, for being troubled by it. Haha. My open minded friendliness that came out more the more I tried to overcome my nervousness when being in new situations and with people, also made some people mistake it for things that were not my intention. It confused me so much. Like dude, why do you think it is flirting or scheming, when someone is just being honest? haha...it shows how twisted the world is :D
