i have lots to say about this manga, and while reading the manga i kept thinking about how i wanted to comment so many times.
first, the uke is so relatable to me. idk what’s wrong with me rn, but while i was half way through the chapters i couldn’t stop crying. the uke calling his mom while she asks him if everything’s okay, and he just breaks down and can’t stop crying hit hard. i know what it’s like to be in such a depressive and horrible mental state, and ik people might call the uke a crybaby but i think he had every right to cry. the seme is a HORRIBLE person. i guess he’s a diagnosed sociopath/psychopath right- and it definitely shows! i kept thinking about how this guy and his inner monologue are so crazy. i do love my psycho/possessive semes but this guy has absolutely no remorse or moral compass. maybe the uke will change him but i just don’t sense any love between them. the uke only thinks he’s in love with him bc the seme is fake nice, and he probably is getting some sort of stockholm syndrome. also to read this whole story waiting 50 chapters for them to kiss and almost 70 for any smut, it was all forced!!!! i’m not suprised too much because literally almost every yaoi has non con sex in some way, but i also want to see a scene where the uke wants it. ALSOO the way the seme went in with no preparation actually surprised me. usually, the seme atleast wets him or touches him a little but literallly NOTHING. how did it not tear??
anyway i’m very excited to continue reading even though i kinda trash talked it, i binged it and it was a super interesting story with interesting characters and A GREAT art style. the characters especially the seme are so beautiful!!
