Although I would’ve like to see them as like a real couple like going out and everything after clearing that misunderstanding and putting a label on they’re relationship, I don’t mind how it ended.

From what I understood the crown prince killed her in the first life because that’s how he could turn back time and then it looked like he went to stab her again but he actually stabbed himself because he needed to kill what he loved most and himself it was her not remembering everything that happened so to her it looked like he was going to stab her again but then later she remembers that he actually stabbed himself. That’s what I thought happened but I could be wrong it is quite confusing but I agree it felt so weird when she didn’t know Gideon and the crown prince had switched and she still fell for Gideon anyway even though he was awful to her before.
