Hey, so I’m an avid fan of chinese BL novels. Now I’m trying to read I’ve Led the Villain Astray, How Do I Fix It? on Asianhobbyist’s site but the site is lagging to death and the story is not loading. Do any of you know what’s going on? Or else I’m just gonna read it at some random site that stole their translation lol cuz there’s no reason to have a translation website that’s not working properly. I don’t know if it’s a problem with me or if it’s a problem with the website tho so I’d like for any of you who knows what’s going on to answer pls.
wow I also tried I’ve Led the Villain Astray, How Do I Fix It?
but anyways, I frequently go to Asian Hobbyist for One Man Army, and I can tell you, even if you somehow do manage to load the page, scrolling will continue to be an issue
so I think that the page not loading is a problem on your internet, but it's really not worth it to continue reading on the site because it will take you a few minutes just to scroll down to the bottom without reading
I don’t think it’s a problem with my internet tho. I’m fine when using mangago, Youtube, Twitter and other sites but somehow the page doesn’t load well whenever I go on Asianhobbyist site, not to mention scrolling up and down is difficult af. I guess there’s a problem with that site’s layout? I mean, you can have a cool layout for your website but what’s the point if no one can read the stories posted properly without getting frustrated lol. If it’s like that, I’ll just read at another site (〜 ̄△ ̄)〜
Can I just say how annoying it is when there are teachers who are like “What’s your reasons for not coming?” Like pls if you already know it, why are you asking? You’re deliberately humiliating us huh. So yalls got any valid reasons for not coming to school on the day where there is sports training?
Guys, I just saw some people bashing people who likes anime as weird and creepy af. What’s yalls response if they suddenly said that yalls are weird and creepy?
Yeah you'll find a lot of them. They've never watching any anime not on the cartoon channel and dubbed horribly. All they know of manga is waifu/husbando games So they think that's what the culture is about.
Don't worry about it. I think running without someone chasing you is weird. People still run, and running is ok.
I’m planning on writing a novel. Do you think it’s better to write it on Wattpad or Webnovel? Or is there any other sites/apps available? And what do u guys think is the most popular genre? Is it either romance or fantasy?
I know it’s difficult to gain fans but I’m kinda trying my luck I guess. Btw, I plan on writing a hetero novel first with some side couples who will be LGBT. I mean, so far, I’ve only wrote short stories using writing prompts in Instagram and I’ve only posted it to my friends and all of them pretty much had positive opinions about it (I was kinda hoping some people to be harsh cuz I felt like all of them are being nice and fawning over me) and I’ve also posted my short stories on the school’s magazine (Too bad I can’t write my type of favourite stories; the teacher specifically warned me no sexual content, no dark stories and only content for high schoolers are allowed lol)
Yeah, Tapas does novels, too.
Another place is Archive of our Own. Mostly for fanfic but I think there original section is starting to bloom. I've got a few posted there and they seem to do pretty well, though unless you update regularly it gets pushed off the front page pretty quickly. But- they have a pretty nice tagging system too.
There’s this manga where the MC (Main character) is a guy who realised that he’s in a BL world. There’s a scene where he said that he often sees men randomly lying down on the side of the street like most BL trope. And MC thinks his brother has delve into the BL world cuz his brother has a handsome shiny af friend that confessed to him. Basically, this manga lists out all the BL tropes and cliches out there. Pls find it for me, I forgot the title.
Anyone knows any websites where you can read any novels for free?

^ this place keeps track of most translated Japanese, Chinese, and Korean novels that people translate. It provides direct links to chapters and groups/people/pages doing the translations.
I like how Mo Xiang Tong Xiu’s novels have these jokes where the Male leads are referred to as:
Luo Binghe- Bing-ge (Older Brother Luo) [From Scum Villain’s Self Saving System]
Lan Zhan- Lan Er Gege (Second Brother Lan) [From Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation]
Hua Cheng- San Lang (Third Brother) [Heaven’s Official Blessing]
Even tho I knew Hua Cheng’s the oldest here lol. And I’m pretty sure Binghe’s the youngest. (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ
Hey guys, can any of you recommend any manga with detailed plot with a mix of romance accordingly? Something like Kono Oto Tomare is also good, it focuses on koto and music but the author still knows to mix in different flavours like romance and friendship as well as comedy into it. I don’t want a manga that focuses SOLELY on romance and completely neglect everything. Or I’d like something like Akatsuki no Yona where it mainly focuses on the complicated plot about the kingdom but there’s still a few focuses on romance and bonding between friends. Basically, it’s like a story that makes your heart flutter not only because of the romance but bcuz of how they portrayed every characters’ relationship and development. If any manga came to your mind, pls recommend it to me. I don’t mind if it’s a BL or BG too (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

Toradora is a personal fave of mine! I mean it’s solely on romance but not between the two main characters, they started out as friends and the friendship they had was really fun and cute!
