Actually I saw down in the comments that the translation was a bit off it was more on the siblings type relationship that they had!
I guess the translation is a bit off, I don't think that's what Moondae is trying to say. But don't worry, Raebin and Eugene is not in a bad relationship. They're close, but they also like to bicker with each other a lot (like calling each other an idiot).
