My issue with Sooah is that we've seen so many other characters who carry trauma in different ways like Kyungseok, his mother, and Mirae. Consider the way Mirae's years of being bullied over her looks led her to grade other people's faces - it's wrong and she slowly came to her senses after working through her past issues. (And even then she had the sense to keep it to herseld.) Sooah's manifestation of trauma into hate can only be forgiven once she actively changes but until then I have no reason to suddenly feel for her tbh.
